fresh flowers cozy seating slow elevator dim lighting
the staff showed genuine kindness, they remembered my name each morning. the fresh flowers placed daily in the lobby added a tender touch. breakfast offered a selection of delicate pastries, and the coffee tasted rich. our room featured a cozy seating area where i could unwind.
The elevator was occasionally slow, i often used the stairs instead. our room lacked a true view, as it faced an inner courtyard. This was a bit disappointing. the gym equipment felt a bit outdated, it could benefit from some modern upgrades. the lighting in the bathroom was dim.

location good, but some issues

hard mattress small pool
The location was decent and close to a metro stop. Made getting around easier.
the mattress in my room (i don't know if they're all like this) was hard. i asked to change rooms but was told the mattresses were the same. they added a pad under the sheet to help, but it was still uncomfortable. the small pool seemed like i was constantly turning around to do laps.

Adequate stay overall

luscious curtains tall windows dark bedrooms terrible breakfast
The staff was very kind. My room had luscious curtains and very tall windows. It was perfect for ventilation since it had a balcony. This faced an interior space, so there wasn't much to see from it.
The breakfast was terrible, it was the worst I've ever had in a hotel. There was hardly any choice, no milk alternatives, and only sausages, eggs and bacon in these tiny pots. These were not replenished quickly enough. The bedrooms were too dark and small. The coffee machine didn't work.

such charming stay

perfect location helpful staff clean room
The location was so good, it was close to everything i wanted to see. the staff was helpful especially with directions to local sites. i really enjoyed the afternoon honor bar. Coffee and cake were a treat. the room was always clean and well maintained .
the breakfast options were limited. there wasnt much variety day to day. i hope they add more choices soon.
